Logistics & Delivery Guidelines

Shipping, Packaging & Transit Timelines

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All retail and consumer orders are carefully quality-checked, sealed in moisture-barrier aroma packing, and dispatched directly from our central manufacturing warehouse in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with premier logistics providers (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post & V-Trans for heavy commercial freight) to ensure safe and timely pan-India delivery.

3. Aroma-Lock Protective Packaging

Incense and dhoop products are sensitive to humidity and physical bending. Every Shree Ram Products parcel is protected with:

Multi-layer moisture-resistant inner foil wraps to lock in pure natural essential oils.
Heavy-duty corrugated outer boxes with reinforced corner cushions.
Tamper-evident branded security tape.

4. Wholesale & Ancillary Raw Material Transport

For commercial tons of raw bamboo sticks, charcoal base, jiget bags, and ancillary supply orders, we coordinate dedicated transport lorry loads, container trucks, and booked rail freight with complete bilty (consignment note) tracking.

5. Live Tracking & Notifications

Upon parcel handover to the courier, an automated SMS and email containing the AWB Tracking Number and tracking URL is sent to your registered contact details.
